Manager
Mike Waniel
Mike founded WEB Companies, LLC in May 2017 following a 30-year career leading the construction and management of small to mid-sized commercial projects across the Washington, D.C. metro area, the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Delaware, and Southeastern Virginia. His portfolio includes more than 100 convenience store and fueling station builds, over 20 nationally branded pharmacy locations, as well as multiple car washes and strip retail centers for local developers.
With deep industry knowledge and a hands-on leadership style, Mike remains actively involved in the day-to-day oversight of all projects. He is committed to delivering high-quality results and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Construction Manager
Jody Easter
Jody joined WEB Companies, LLC in 2019, bringing nearly two decades of experience in fast-track commercial construction. As a former project manager and account representative for several regional contractors, he led programs for clients such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP Amoco, and Wawa.
Over the past 15 years, Jody has directly managed the construction of more than 25 convenience store projects, along with multiple car washes and a range of small to mid-sized commercial builds. His project experience spans retail, medical office, pharmacy, and restaurant spaces, with end users including CVS, Walgreens, Sentara, Advance Auto, and McDonald’s.
General Superintendent
Cameron Easter
Cameron joined WEB Companies, LLC in May 2022, bringing over five years of experience in the construction and contracting industry. While in college, he held foreman roles across several trades, gaining a well-rounded perspective on the building process from the ground up.
Since joining WEB, Cameron has served as superintendent on five convenience store and fueling station projects and provided key support on an additional four. His hands-on approach, technical knowledge, and strong work ethic make him a valuable asset to the team and to every job site he oversees.

We support the coordination of civil and architectural design and geotechnical studies in an attempt to reduce subsurface cost and schedule risk, while maximizing building and site potential.
